Found in a park on Riverside Drive in Upper Manhattan. Bird is banded, will release to owner only if band number can be provided as proof of ownership. Bird was transferred to us via NYC Animal Care & Control. Bird is plucked on chest, otherwise appears to be in good shape. Is going to our avian vet on Monday, may 5, 2014.
