Nigel – a normal male grey cockatiel (grey, yellow head) – escaped outside in Baton Rouge at his vet’s office on Jefferson Highway, near Old Jefferson subdivision. He loves to listen to whistling, especially The Andy Griffith tune, Ode to Joy, and wolf whistles.
