Loose parakeet sighting (Watertown)

If you are missing a powder blue bird with a black and white speckled tail feather (think it’s a parakeet) in Watertown, it’s been spotted on Clark St. Seen Mon. 9/16 around 5pm hanging out at Clark Park and in people’s yards. He doesn’t seem scared of people but he’s too fast to catch without a net.
