Quaker flew up to our balcony in the Aspen Hill area of Silver Spring (Westchester West Apts specifically) and responded to our whistling by flying onto a shoulder. Were able to bring him in and get him in a temporary cage, great temperament and definitely used to a cage and people.
No bands on the legs, not sure if microchipped yet but will be having that checked later this week.
