On 8/4/13 in the evening, I found a gray cockatiel parrot on our balcony on the 11th floor of a highrise condo building in Falls Church, VA (Skyline area). He/she is a standard gray color cockatiel with orangy cheeks. The only distinguishing detail I could see is that he/she is missing one nail(claw) on its right foot.
