I saw a green and yellow budgie on the corner of Pembina and Bison drive this morning. It was hopping on the sidewalk but when I approached it, it flew away into the trees along the Pembina border of the University of Manitoba campus. DId not appear to have clipped wings. Hoping the area might help someone look for and find their bird.
