This bird flew into a backyard next to the CVS drug store on Lawrence, in Jefferson Park. I was called by the man who found him, because I am looking for MY lost cinnamon cockatiel.
I believe he is a male from the facial coloring and also tweeting he did in the car on the way home. His right wing was neatly trimmed. He did step up yesterday, after flying into another room, but he is not super-tame. I think he might be a young bird, few months old. I believe he is someone’s pet.
I am calling him “Jeffy Boy” for now, since he was found in the Jefferson Park Neighborhood.
