Bird has leg band, was obviously some ones pet at one point, looks as if he/she has been out for some time lost, found along Arkansas River so could of traveled from another State easily. If you have leg band info or coloring and age, may be able to match up. Tried to scan for microchip but little bird wasn’t too happy or cooperative with that.
