Found Jardine parrot, small female on 04/08/2013. Originally posted as amazon, but vet has said it is a jardine. Loves men so probably a man took care of her. Found at a school near Crawford Ave. The owner will need to produce proof of ownership via vet records etc. The bird will know its owner. Call HAPPE Parrots Rescue 630-759-7363.
