There has been a green parrot at my bird feeder for about a week. It has blue tail feathers and a red ring around it’s neck. I think it has a green band around his leg. He or she whistles loudly. I bought some parrot food to put outside and it went right to it so I don’t think this is a wild one. We have a hawk in the area so if you think this might be your parrot you should contact me.
