Found at BB&T parking lot in Wilson, NC. Young and has full flight feathers. Doesn’t appear to have ever been clipped. Has a band with starting numbers 59. Owner needs to let me know the last 3 numbers and year on band to claim. I have him/her safe and sound in my sun room which used to be an aviary. In a very large cage.
