Found a beautiful Blue colored Parakeet this wonderful Thanksgiving morning, outside on our upstairs apartment balcony. I do not know much about birds, he/she is a young bird and assuming it is a Parakeet.He also has a leg band, so that information printed on band will be needed from you. You can contact me anytime!
