Male eclectus, banded, fully feathered, appears tame. found on a balcony of apartment, tenant called me (past president of parrot club) and I went to get the bird. He was hungry and thirsty but otherwise healthy. I have him here in a large indoor aviary until we can reunite with his family. He speaks a bit, seems to like to say “oh”.
