His name is Billy and he’ll be happy to tell you that and a lot more. His home is on Elizabeth Avenue in Fort Pierce, Florida and he was lost in the Australian Pines west of 25th Street, next to Forest Grove Middle School. On Monday Sept. 24 he was spotted on Yates Road & Kirby Loop heading northwest. I’ve been out searching for him since his escape on Saturday afternoon, September 22.
