The bird is beautiful fluffy white – with grey/brown/white wings. Featherd legs. I have not captured it but it has been on my windowsill for the last two mornings. Doesn’t mind when I get near and talk to her. There is a yellow tag on her leg (not sure if it’s her or him). I have seen the number 40, but don’t know if there is more of the number.
