Pepper Pike Police report: Animal Complaint, Lander Road: A student spotted a domesticated parrot in a tree on the Ursuline College campus on Aug. 22. “Hey, come here,” the student called to the bird, and it left the tree and landed on the student’s shoulder. The student is keeping the bird until its owner can be identified.
