Porcha is a female eclectus and she is my nice bird and she has been in the family for 4 years. My nice Jacky went out of town on vacation and left me her bird for 2 weeks. She is coming home tomorrow and I am here drowning in rivers of tears. Porcha is like a daughter to my nice and I can’t imagine what is going to happen tomorrow when she arrives and see’s that her baby is gone. Porcha is a typical eclectus for those who don’t know all females have a red head and red and blue on their wings, the body is mostly blue but she has plucked the feathers from her breast area, her tail has some orange in it and her wings are not clipped. She is very loving and usually can be handled. She may bite if she gets nervous. She says mom often and may say her name or pretty, pretty birdie. She doesn’t really like water, and she isn’t crazy about green foods. I have some beads I play with her with and she really likes the orange ones, I think that is her favorite color. I can’t express how broken hearted I am. Please if anyone can help me it would mean the world to me… we are also offering a reward.
