On July 28th we lost our Indian ring neck parakeet around 16th & Greenfield. He is almost all green with a little red and blackish/blue on his wings. He has a ring around his neck that is black in front and red on the back of his neck. He has an ID bracelet on his ankle, he doesn’t speak clearly but tries to.
