Orange Winged Amazon by the name of Nova but responds to pretty bird or a dog whistle. He was in the trees around my house and has moved to the east. We are in the Pisgah National Forest on Curtis Creek Road. the bird has a blue band around his right foot that starts with the letters ARC.
