UPDATE: The missing Amazon parrot has been found and returned to his owner due to the efforts of neighbors!
He was missing for 48 hours and is happily resting in his own cage tonight!

ALERT: Amazon parrot missing in Williamsport PA.a little west of the Williamsport Hospital. He/she is clipped so he’ll be walking and climbing. Owner believes that neighbors might have had something to do with it because they complained about his noises.
