Budgie Got Loose Yesterday! (East Side: Armory/SBHS)
Blue and white budgie bird (parakeet) escaped her cage, pushed open the screen door and got away (her wings are clipped, she can hot and fly for short distances). She can be very vocal (chatters, screeches if not happy). Lots of cats and winged predators in the neighborhood, hoping for the best. Pet of chronically ill adult.
