Turns out it belonged to a breeder and the store, Adventures in Birds,
was able to put out calls to local breeders. He was returned even
though I had hoped it would belong to an owner and not a breeder.

This is a pink and gray cockatoo, tame. Would want paperwork to match band number with owner to ensure bird is returned to rightful owner.
