I found a stray pet parrot in Enfield today when I went for a walk.
I would like to report about him.
Breed: Yellow Crested Cockatoo
Details: large, white parrot, possibly a boy, definitely a pet. Very friendly & communicative.
Address: Enfield 2136, between Henley Park & Cooinoo Reserve. Street name is Mitchell St. When I left he was near houses #90 & #92. Possibly on wires or trees near houses.
When I saw him he was at the balcony of one of the houses. He was screaming at first, but when he saw me, he become very friendly and playful – started to dance, then he talked – he said “Hello” and “What’s up” several times with female voice.
He looks very communicative and friendly, and he’s actually very easy to find and distinguish. He does not look like a wild bird, he’s just sitting on one place, like he’s waiting for someone, and screaming very often…
Please help him… I am very worried about him, as he is definitely a lost pet.
Thank you very much…
Kind regards,
Anya.
