There is a yellow budgie that is loose. Mountain brow area, in between Upper Sherman and Upper Gage. It is flying around Ben Lomond St. I tried to catch him, but every time I get near him, he flies away. If this is your bird, please feel free to contact me and I will help you with catching him, but I can’t get him on my own. I think his with his owner and his own cage, he might come back. It’s so hot out, and he looks scared. He needs to go home!
