Small yellow, green and teal parakeet. We found it in our backyard late Thurs. afternoon 06/28 ground feeding with doves. Wings clipped; cannot fly. We have it caged and it is eating and drinking, but is not real happy. Needs its owner! Call Elizabeth (919) 358-9972 or Tom (910) 550-5087.
