found a budgie outside my basement door yesterday afternoon. we will keep or rehome him/her if we do not find the owner, but i am posting because a child may be looking for their friend and would like to find that child before we do anything.
***NOTE*** we will be asking questions about any details about the bird if you claim it is yours. like gender, temperament, any key physical markings, color. stuff like that. i do not want to give him to somebody i think is the owner, to find out they just wanted a new pet.
