Found Tuesday, June 5th at 1pm in N. Richland. I’m assuming that it’s a parrot but not 100% sure. Seems quite friendly and often says, “Pretty Bird”. Appears to be missing his/her family!!!I work at VCA Animal Medical Center so at the time it’s being cared for here.
