Have seen this bird now around the neighbourhood for a couple weeks, now constantly hanging around my yard eating out of my bird feeder. I almost caught it today, it seems somewhat tame, even hopped in the cage a couple times but spooks at the last minute and flys out. I think with more effort I can catch it. I believe its a female, cere is a brown colour. If someone has lost their young yellow budgie in the north end, please contact me because chances are you will find it in my yard.
