I have found a green and yellow bird, slightly larger than a budgie. Possibly a parakeet. Not sure of breed. Friendly bird with a tag with numbers on it on leg.Found in the Rouge Hill GO parking lot May 21st or 22. (border of Scarborough or Pickering)If it’s yours please contact me
