yellow parakeet (rivervale)
found and captured a yellow parakeet today in River Vale. Very trusting of humans can fly but gets tired pretty quickly. If anyone has any resources where I can bring this bird please let me know. I have called the police and I am not equipped to deal with this bird 201-264-1405
