found parrot (627 the west mall etobicoke)
found a small to medium parrot.. possibly a quaker parrot..green with grey front ..wings are not clipped ..beige beak .. looks to be young… not too friendly does not talk… eats seeds only… found on may 29 in late afternoon…edithperci-at-gmail.com
