Hello and thank you for your email agian….
No, it was not Bella but thought it was…..I am sorry but still looking for her. I also found out from the Pet Store that someone found a parrotlet and has it at his home. He bought a small cage to keep it in until the owner was found. I am hoping it might be Bella but it is hard to find the guy and where he lives???
