Dora was sunning herself in her Cage and somehow the Door got open!! I think she has a Silver Band on her foot not possitive—> Neighbors Bird She may be missing some Toes too, She Plucks her feathers on her Chest so she is pretty ratty looking (Sorry Dora),Her Wings are long enough to Fly!!! I will put up a Picture that shows a Female in good feather which dora is Not…heres are plucked in front So She looks very simular to the picture in coloration only plucked chest
