Hey there
A super friendly budgie just appeared on my head, lol and then fell asleep on my shoulder. I called my neighbor to come out and then he has made himself at home..in my neighbors house. He is safe and sound 🙂
BUT we/they (neighbors)cannot keep him..pet guidelines in our townhouse complex.
