As I stated yesterday on April 22 2012 I found a registered Parakeet and I would like to find the owner to return the bird. The bird is very happy eating well and it is taken care in the new cage. One of the leg has a ring registration data, like MBF 11X and the five digit numbers. So far a made a lot of calls to the stores and many veteranians without any success to find the owner. Please help us.
