Lost Bird April 7 around Scripps Ranch Blvd and Trader Joe’s. Bird is Green and Yellow Canary Winged Parakeet. It has a dark orange breeder band on right leg. The bird is very LOUD, doesn’t talk just squaks. Very anonoying but love it dearly.
