LOST while camping at Kings Bay RV Park (near St. Mary’s GA) on Wednesday, 4 April 2012. Our little family bird, BUDDY, flew away from the RV and took wind to an unknown freedom. Buddy is yellow and gray, with orange cheeks. He is free flighted and very friendly to people. He will sing and chirp, and can say “Pretty Bird” and “whistle”. Buddy will fly to your hand, shoulder or butt/hip. He was hand raised and we’ve had him over 20 years. He eats mostly seed, doesn’t like fruit/veg, but will love it if you give him potato chips or hard crust from bread. We are hopeful that he will somehow find his way away from the trees and predators to some caring people.
