Hello, This cockatiel was found near the streets of Liberty St. and
Sunnyside. This bird may have been out a while his head is covered with “pin” feathers. He is at a foster home right now eating and is safe. There is a leg band and this bird appears to be an adult cockatiel. The owner can contact HAPPE Parrots Rescue, INC. at 630-759-7363
