Found pigeon in buckhorn ky 3/3/12 following tornadoes in nearby West Liberty ky
Solid whit in color has a band on right foot. I was able to catch it bare handed, it was very hungry and tired. I believe it was a pet in nearby West Liberty Ky. Or possibly got blown off course.
