I found a blue quaker parrot after the storm. His wings were unclipped, so I’m guessing that’s how he ended up outside. He’s friendly and tame, so he is definitely someone’s pet. He has an identification band around his leg, so if you can tell me it’s markings, I’ll return him to you.
