A homing pigeon showed up at our house on Tuesday. He or she has no desire to leave our house. We are giving it food, water, and shelter but have no intention of keeping it.
The pigeon is a Speckled Blue Bar
If you are looking for your bird, please call and identify the band(s).
The bird is very docile and can be handled easily.
The American Pigeon Racing Association is trying to track down the owner by the numbers on the band.
If we can’t locate the owner we will be looking for a nice person who has homing pigeons to adopt our lost little friend.
