Oscar is green with blue and red underneath his wings with an orange beak. Band around his left foot. He is 9 months old and curious about everything. He was lost in the area of West Great Western Road/ Joel Road…also could be in the area of Cranberry Road, Whites Path or Debs Hill Condo area…He is friendly if found.
