found a pigeon while working in yard. bird came up to me ,my cat ran up to it, it flew 20 feet in the air circled and came back to me.
I put cat in the house and tried to catch bird. now it is nervious and wont let me touch it but wont stop following me.
then I put a cage on the ground next to me and the bird ran in so it is deffenitly someones pet.
