Found Cockatiel Off Highway 10 (Soccer Complex/Farber Swim School), I work at Farber Swim School, off highway 10, across the street from Jesuit High School. While we were closing the pool tonight a yellow cockatiel (with orange cheeks) flew onto our outside deck. I wasn’t really sure what to do with the bird or who to call. It’s obviously a pet bird that is lost. I called “Critter Gitter” but no one has returned my phone calls yet. So I left some food (ground up bread crumbs) and some fresh water. It actually has some cover under chairs and/or a tarp. When I left it was still on the deck… so if it’s your bird please feel free to go get it. You won’t be able to get onto the deck but it has slits where the bird can come out to you. The pool will open tomorrow morning at 10 AM if you need to get onto the deck. If you have any questions you can call me, Aubrie, at 971-563-2609.
