My boss found a grey cockatiel in his backyard,near northern blvd and 220 pl, back in July 12 or 13. Yellow face and orange cheeks, really pretty bird. I don’t think the bird is tame but might behave differently with the owner. Please email me description and a photo of your bird to confirm the ownership
