Found male Parakeet (do not know what species/breed) at the 20200 block of NE Halsey in Gresham. Taken to Paws & Claws vet clinic on 08/18/11. They treated the bird and trasferred to Multnomah County Animal Services on 09/14/11. Bird is Blue, Black and White. Band on leg reads: 08123ABS30K.
