Female, 28 years old. Wearing a Grey Felt fringe collar around neck which does not affect her movement in any way nor her flying capabilities. Favorite words: Good morning. Kiwi wants pellets. Kiwi wants water. Whatcha doing. Hello. Step Up. ((Dog names) Obi, Goji, Teaka)) Goodnight. Are you ready. Goodbye. She’s use to being out of a cage on a perch stand in the mornings after I get her out of her night cage 6am. Then eats High Potency Harrisons Bird Pellets- thats her main diet. I put her in day cage after exercising her flying and spraying her with an avian aloe spray. Day Cage has lots of natural light. She will eat “salad” at lunchtime. as a treat salt free pistachios in a shell at happy hour. she loves pistachios right now. She was eating raw salt free walnuts for a long time as a treat. more perch stand time then personal time with me as i got ready to wind down for evening time- she makes a soothing noise with her beak for wind down evening time- TV time together in dark room -relaxed -then to night cage. She is use to all sorts of noises like vacuums and can even start to have a bath with vacuuming. She likes very much to “Step up”on your hand and for you to walk around slowly looking at things. Likes music. Likes watching us dance. Loves quiet solitude as well so she can NAP throughout the afternoon- she loves to nap. She does not want a full 12 hour night alone. She does not like to have home activity without being in the same room- she really wants to be a part of whatever is happening in the house. She wants attention though may stay quiet if she has attention. She just wants to be amongst the activity within her home. She’s very alert, great eyesight lets us know when deer, people, wild birds, squirrels, foxes etc are near the house. She loves to alert the dogs and she loves to drop pellets for the dogs to eat- she teases them. She is a special Congo African Grey
