Blu is a Quaker Blue Monk Parakeet he is shy around new people but warms up fast, he like singing and being on peoples shoulders. He gets scared very easily with unfamiliar noises, objects, etc. When he gets scared he makes a high pitched like scream or a noise like kraa kra. I’m not fully sure of his band letters or numbers but it had a ct xx. He was lost at camp on gulf. Please let me know if you find him.
