The bird was found outside the Takoma Village CoHousing complex on 4th st in NW, DC and surrendered to the Humane Rescue Alliance at 71 Oglethorpe st NW. It appeared as though the wings were clipped as it was not able to fly away. It didn’t seem injured but its beak looked like it was biting at the ground a bit
