Found in the Seasons at Elwood just off the walking path, pecking around the base of a few pine trees by a white fence, about 6:00 pm on Sunday, June 16th. Bird is a blue and white budgie, has what I believe to be a silver band on his left ankle- I haven’t gotten a good look at whatever might be written on the band yet. Wings clipped.
